  • WIP - Interior

Dont do too many interiors anymore unfortunately -- used to the windows and openings world of LS, so any C+C's would be great regarding lighting.

Its for a proposed new TV show ( and im designing and modelling on the fly).
Only been a day so far.

Links below to the preview render and the final output render as they stand.

Probably old news but im using standard spots and self illumination to save R times. Settings available on request.

    small update

looks like the clients gone for the idea so here's a cursory update - after a couple more hours work.
(thanks to someone here for the 'velluto' material).
I'm gonna create a series of QTVR's with sound etc....so here's an initial pass.

questions or C+C always always taken seriously.

Just had a look at your website. Wondered where you got your people - they don't look like the usual Image Cels stuff.
      Kind Regards,

some nice work there but personally, even though this is artificially lit, I think it would look better with more brightness and contrast and possibly a bit more glow. Crank up the lighting so the lit areas next to lights are just starting to be bleached out. This is just one opinion though

I recognise most of the people from some of my images. Where exactly did you get them from?
            Kind Regards,

I agree entirely, although at this stage Im just trying to get the room designed up / materials etc... Here's a quick P-Shop tester ..'maybe more along the lines of what you mean?' Persumably i would render with linear mapping + some post blur for the burn effect..? Advice is appreciated.

The reason I am raising the question of these people is that they are MY people! I created most of them and I want to know exactly how you came about them.
                  Kind Regards,

                    Hmmm!

Which people are 'YOUR' people mate?
Could you specify please and then I can look at the file properties and try and find out a bit more.

More then likely they will have been given to me by one of the many people I know in the industry, who in turn will have been given them, who in turn will have been.........(you get my meaning)

I have to say i'm suprised at your response generally, given that I've lost count of the amount of data I've shared with people over the years.

Maybe kick back and have a smoke/drink?

I am happy to share data when it is done above board and with my consent. The people I see in your images are from a library series called Imagedisks. I have compared the images from your portfolio with the library database and established the following examples:

                      Exterior images - Image 0
All three people used in image are from Imagedisks

                      Exterior images - Image 5
All four people used in image are from Imagedisks

                      Exterior images - Image 6
All nine people used in image are from Imagedisks

                      Exterior images - Image 7
All nine people used in image are from Imagedisks

                      Exterior images - Image 9
All six people used in image are from Imagedisks

                      Interior images - Image 5
One of the two people used in image is from Imagedisks

You should take your position a little more seriously. Each Imagedisk library came with a legally explicit and binding contractual agreement. Using the images outside of these conditions represents a fraudulent act.

Do you have any further comments to make before I bring this matter to the attention of our solicitors?
                      Kind Regards,
                      Richard Birket

Guys there's a time and a place, the 'image upload' forum isnt it.
Accept that some days you are the pigeon, and some days you are the statue.
