Yeah you should be thoroughly ashamed of that name
To me these do look a bit dark - although in the second one the middle is bright but the outer region is darker which I can't work out.
Maybe it's my eyes this morning - I'll look later on a different monitor
I have to say, that first impression from me was that it was a bit too dark. The garage roof edging looks like its missing any bevel, looks a bit lowpoly and the texture a bit flat also.
This client is the classic when they complain about price they'll be more difficult to please. He used some Chinese company and even though I quoted a good price, it was 3X what the Chinese company was charging. The renderings he was getting were not good at all and they were not worth 1/3 of what I quoted, in my opinion. Anyway, we met somewhere in the middle and very project he added detail, so much he was marking up the downspout brackets. He also, somehow, slipped me in doing elevations for nothing, but that was my fault to let creep in. He does send me about 30-40 houses a year, so I guess it is the price to pay.
Two more. He also has been requesting the MAX models, too. He has someone who has a model of the city his houses are built near, so they take my models and drop them into the city model.

Hope they're willing to pay top dollar for the models.
