  • Cotswold Retail Outlet

    Hi all,

This is a project that I've been working on for nearly as long as I can remember, right from its inception as a Sketchup massing model in 2013(?). It's been a long road, with more design changes/image iterations than you can possibly imagine, but now the developers are pushing forward with marketing to potential retailers the images are finally in the public domain. One of the main requests from the client was "lots and lots of people, with shopping bags!"

Now we're currently in the process of creating an animation for it in Enscape...

Heh, the benefits of working at an architecural practice rather than a visualisation studio! Endless changes.

A real mix, some were bought in, others were cut out by hand. All of it time consuming.

                  Thank you very much guys!

Having done reasonably large retail schemes before I am dreading the next phase.... Client phoning up every other week with "can we change all the branding on units xyz to Big Brandincluding all of the window displays, also we need it tomorrow"

That's a classic one...and for that RailClone comes in handy...Although you have to do a setup that you can use from the start of a project.
