I like your RnD on those - usually - not so interesting projects where you always add something new and nice.
Mixer is quite handy tool, I've just used it recently for texturing a terrain exported from world creator and it worked very well.

Yeah, my client usually dont want 20 mil. residence Its just Carport, so pretty straightforward, but I always try to make it nice and realistic with something interesting
