very lovely lighting. overall very nice image. makes me want to stay in bed on a rainy day. well done

couple of comments:
the cushion on the rug at the foot of the bed seems to be floating somehow. i think its an optical illusion, but it seems to be missing some contact shadow both on the rug and on the bed frame.

second the incense.. cool touch but it would be better if the smoke didnt "interfere" with the bed.. not sure where else you could put it, given your composition though.

finally.. 5 sticks of incense at the same time.. phew!
