    Hi guys.
I know i don't come back here as much as wanted, but work is kind of heavy lately. Speaking of which, i wanted though to post our latest work just to show our appreciation for chaos. We used vray and phoenix extensively (not for everything, but a lot) and i couldn't image being happier about it, especially for a small shop like ours that still has to create stuff like waterfalls or entire city.
I hope you'll like it as much as we did creating it.

I love this! Did you guys have full creative control from initial concept and look development? Or was that directed by another agency? It's very well crafted in this regard, let alone the technical achievements. Thanks for sharing!

Hi guys and thanks for the kind words.
We did in fact had full creative control even on every shot idea and concept: we worked alongside the agency that basically put the starting brief and then we presented tons of possible situations alongside their location (they are all italian landmarks). It was indeed quite heavy not only to produce, but create and design them (i think we arrived at 40 shots out of the 15 they went with), but in the end i think that having this kind of control allowed us to better develop the best possible work with the time and people we had.
I don't think that's a coincidence the result is what it is, compared to the classic "that's the storyboard just make it work" approach.
