Good job! there is a nice contrast in this one that I like . are you using the new Filmic Tone-mapping ? I get very nice result with it .
a small thing, but in the second image there is something off about these 2 armchairs, maybe they are a bit too bright? ot it is something in post .
            Otherwise nice work .

I assume the balcony is modeled, and I read in another thread that you exposed to the interior. How did you prevent the balcony and its furniture from being over exposed?

100% VFB. I used auto exposure and I put the sun behind where there are no windows. The outside is a VRay light material, on a plane, and I increased the multiplier until it looked good.

Yes, like a charm. I exposed to a region render in the inside.

I think Morne means the check box in the vraylightmaterial that compensates exposure to camera so you don't have to dial in the multiplier.

But coming back to the balcony. If you exposed perfectly for the interior, wasn't the balcony and the furniture on the balcony overexposed? I assume they are modeled and not part of the outside vraylightmaterial.

Got it... I do often check the compensation for the camera, but I think I did both here. The balcony is modeled and part of the scene, but it exposed just fine. I am not too sure how it worked out, but it did.
