olika what settings do you have for splashes ? Do you work in meter or centimeter ? I suppose you are on 3dsMax, right ?

Ahuuum, so one thing I would suggest in such cases would be to completely zero the Initial Vel. Rand. of the Splash - I just ran a new sim on olika 's scene and it seems to keep the splashes down with like 20-30%. In the scene the Splash Air Drag was already 4.0 which is a good move too!

That's all good input already, thank you guys!
Indeed i had a look at the initial and random velocities values too. Guess sometimes you just don't know if you should change the value from 1.0 to 1.1. or go from 1 to 100 hahaa. Maybe i just changed it not enough.
Also i think the whole thing is so heavily influenced by the shape of the hull too. So with client work, in most cases, the hull is like it is right, so you have to deal with it.
But for some seconds i also thought about putting an additional hull mesh in front and then give it a higher motion influence value or so. Like just having somehting in front which heavily interrupts the fluid but the rest of the hull behaves normal.
