Almost of the grading is done inside the new vray 5 framebuffer.

99% love it, though personally I think the sign is too bright and the body in the foreground is not quite right imo.
I'd suggest that the building, as the focus of sorts, needs to be more to the centre, though of course not centralised, as currently the centre is a little empty.
Possibly just rotating the cam and shifting right would do it. Just a thought

I tried to follow fibonacci spiral for the composition, but i see what you mean about the body and empty space.

I tried to add a silhouette of a spooky man in the empty space too, but it can be hard to notice.

I think the Fibonacci thing is valid, though here I reckon it's broken up by having the tree on the right too prominent; so for me personally, it makes my eyes go to the left but then the right as a secondary focus, so the image seems split
I couldn't resist playing with it a little and I hope you don't mind that I did...it's just my personal take

Oh well, i have already moved onto next project, but i will definitely keep these composition tips in mind for the future.
