    Lighting on the carton blends into the background too much. Maybe some waxy specular would look good?

        Try a noise in the HGlossieness. Make it very low contrast and pretty bright then tick Fresnel for the reflections and make them nice and strong yet pretty blurry. Hope that makes sense, I'll see if I can come up with something that works.

          What is your exposure control?
          You have loose contrast with it I think.

            Heres an update to that OJ scene, I just looked in the online help file and cant find info on HGlossieness (its not in the VrayMtl page, God I wish they would compile it into a pdf ). Jon, know what you mean about the effect of the waxy texture that seems to be on similar cartons. I would like to achieve a clean clinical/crisp look to the render but just not there yet,
            @priad, I'm using Expo
            any advice is welcome,
            Thanks,

              Nice juice

              Your reflections on the carton needs some blur (glossiness 0.7 or something?) or a very small bump on top of that big noise bump.

                much better.

                may i suggest a little bit more modelling on the carton, they tend to bulge down and the bottom and have dented corners.
