51mb is fine, as long as you tell people its that big. Well as long as its compressed propery 51mb should get a fair few minutes of footage. If its less than a minute then 51mb is too mcuh.
You can always later on make an addition of the smaller video.
I know but I'll go to cut some part to reduce the size and make it in divx.
The old file was in flash. I don't know if I can have a good size, encoding is always a problem.
The compression quality is very bad for that file size. Also the whole thing only goes for about 5 1/2 minutes, but the last 2 minutes is just black.
So there is only really 3 1/2 minutes of your 3d work.
You should fix this and compress it better.
FOr 3 1/2 minutes of footage, you could get a really nice quality for like 20-30mb in my opinion.
For instance look at the apple quicktime movie trailers. they are around 20-25mb and go for atleast 2mins generally. They use sorenson compression.
The 3d looks very nice. Only thing that bugs me is that the RPC people are always facing the camera, so as you pan past some of the scene the people pivot on the spot, just looks odd.
Just downloading the smaller one now. You may also want to edit your post to show that the movie is the proper size and not 60mb
And also edit your first post to include the movie link too. Otherwise people may not bother looking further down for the real link.
