Another homeowner got hand drawings from the architect. This one was fun... She called me (ZOOM) from her car, with her kids in the backseat and all. I am not happy with the concrete drive and I won't to work on a few more things.

Thank you! I had to rush the actual renderings since I had to spend so much time modeling it. All I had was hand drawings, which had so many issues.

Grass is Photoshop and the sky is an HDRI.

nice I'm sure she is very happy with these. The things i notice are, yes drive seems too reflective, plants around house too repetitive and planter borders too straight (landscape borders often have curves). Not a fan of depth of field on these types of shots, but that's me. Superior work as always.

Thank you. Yeah, the landscape needs some love. The flowers also look menacing. Again, so much time working from hand drawings, I had to rush everything else. I might spruce it up if I have time.

Those are some very nice renderings Bobby. I don’t mind the reflection of the concrete personally. What drives me crazy is the break in column bay at the carport... there’s a system in play for the house that isn’t working with the carport... suggest an option for that............ that’s one way to evolve your business model into more creative control.

Yeah, that carport is odd. You would think you could span that without a post, but I know that they are on a budget. The whole porch was on a brick foundation, but to save $40 grand they are now on piers.

Understood. The beauty of our work however is that there is no real world budget. We are simply magicians of fiction. The modern western world revolves entirely around this fabrication of reality.
