nice work.. Dont care for the way the first image is layed out though. Looks strange to have such a head on shot of the building and then see this car and parking lot at an angle....I would set the camera angle at SOME sort of angle to the building.

The pavement in the first image looks great,one of the best I've seen in awhile, Is it just a really big image or do I see some celular in there? The parking lines are way to clean and uniform for it though. Be nice if their edges blended better too.
the building is a solid model with no interior so i cant add transparency to the windows. thepavement is a large image, i think i went with something like 5000x5000 pixels and hand painted in photoshop.

ive no idea what a brisoleis or a movile is. im not an architect. im just the viz dude so i dont know enough architect terms

lighting looks perfect (nice balance between the skylight and direct light) and I think the glass is fine, but the only thing that stands out is the kerbing being too high. This would look fine if you took a perspective slightly higher off the ground (say 3-5m) but im sure your client demands eye level
I like the roof material as well with the blurry reflection. Is this tiles with a glossy finish, copper sheeting, or colorbond? (a bit hard to tell at this resolution but it looks good)
The road texture painted in photoshop is a nice touch. did you paint on the parking lines as well? nice job. I think for the background you could almost do something similar as a texture on a plane with a composition of various building and tree elements (Id done this before in animations to close off the street ends )
excuse my little inglish and its dificult to me explain what is a brisoleil... the structures up the windows... they are all the same angle opened... are fixed their position?

I'm agree with Josele for the thing on the windows.
Lets see if i can answer all the questions. the roofing is copper. but its not supposed to be flat like how it looks here its supposed to be....umm. i forget the term for it now ___/----\___/----\___ that kinda thing. trees are onyx. location isnt miami. its in barbados (pull out your atlas if you dont know where that is hehehe). the structures above the windows are fixed aluminium shading. The island is indeed too high on this side. thats becase the land in the parking slightly slopes up to the door of the building its not flat so basically on the other side of that island the curb is alot shorter. i could have had the curb bend to form with the land but i just did a quick extrude because i was lazy. the reason the roof is flat too was because i was lazy. it was one of those cases where the client wasnt going to know any better anyhow. Im looking forward to backgrounds as well hehe. as soon as i get work from the client if he wants of if this is good enough. The project is past its deadline and already handed in so i wouldnt want to have to do extra work for what im being paid for this...oh. and lastly the cars are all poly. just things ive collected here and there in the last hmm. 8 years of searching the net for stuff.
