I'm totaly agree with you!
The red bar could be circular, with an exit panel and when you go you must always come to the desk hehe no choice, no futur only paper.

Its with VRay advanced, (you call it up under Environment & Effects Dialogue> atmosphere)
havent seen too much done with it, I guess not many are aware of it as I think its a bit hidden

As Tom wrote: it comes with VRay Advanced, but an important note is that it only comes with VRay version 1.5 and its current beta versions. So no VRay Toon in VRay 1.09x yet.
Every registered owner of VRay Advanced 1.09 has access to the latest beta build, so you're free to install it. Personally I've made the definitive transition to the VRay beta versions a while ago, as I could not live without the speed of the Light Cache anymore.
