This looks very promising. You might experiment a little with sun position. You sun is right above your camera which, sometimes, is not very good. The result is that you can hardly see any shadows of the front posts and railing. I'd also move sun to the right so it casts more light on to the front of building, which is more interesting and more important part of building. Moving back palm up would brake the roof line a little. I Like your plants in front. Reducing the blur on your bump map for cladding should give you more definition to boards.
The scene has one sun and the GI, also the interior has a standard V-ray panel light at every window. set between 5 and 10 for the multiplyer.

What I meant is to go to Materil Editor\bump map\blur. Reduce the value from 1 to something like 0.6-08 (for Pyramidal filtering). Don't do it too much or you'll have problems with AA and a bit longer render times.
