There is some unusual horizontal banding in the clouds on the right though...maybe a rogue PS layer creeping in?
About the strange things in the image, aside the horizontal banding, I see some strange bright diagonal little stripes near the image corners... it seems something like a rain drops (motion blurred) but I can't understand why just on corner or sides of the image... and some "water drops" seems to much horizontal...if they should be rain... otherwise, if it's not rain, what's that?
