Here is another one that I am wrapping up. It isn’t my best work, but for a one-man-shop, I think it turned out good. The client was rushing, and then he vanishes, so that is a little concerning. There is a reason I get a little timid about larger projects. They take longer and can easily fall apart on the client's side. Often they hire me to get an interest in the project, mainly for financial support. Anything can happen, and the project fails, and they don’t even tell me. I can’t tell you how often I get rush projects, the check is in the mail, and when I follow up, they tell me that the project fell through; therefore, I don’t start without a deposit. The deposit covers the modeling, but everything else is simply a risk. If the project falls through after the gray scale, and I do all the work and they don’t tell me that the project fell through, I am screwed. They are highly unlikely to pay me if that happens. Shame on them for not telling me right away. I hope that this isn't the case, but I am on high alert. After two weeks, I charge a %3 late fee, and that happens every two weeks that they don't pay. A lawyer once told me that nobody cares about an out-of-state judgement. I am not sure what that means, other than just walk away.
There are a few more images (workout room, another pool shot...). The landscape was insane. I fixed something things, like the truss pattern repeating on the ceiling, but other than that, you'll probably see a lot more wrong
