    C&C welcome

It looks like you've got a nice rendered style going, but its difficult to tell from the camera angle and composition. they are very much not flattering for either building, and its unclear as to which is supposed to be the focus of the image, the purple park lettering and the yellow glow on the first floor are fighting for attention while the building itself is seeming unbalanced due to the lighting contrasts, and large unlit areas.

thats coming over a little more harsh then I'd like however.. but trying to help a new angle would do wonders i think.

Thanks Dbuchhofer I am going to render some nicer compositions, this specific one was rendered just to concentrate on the small pedestrian plaza and the retail space of the tall building to attract a potencial retailer.

          Problem of cameraangel sometimes is,

there are architects that think, not making immages from the hight of usulal eyes is forbidden ....

i am also of the oppinion, raise your cam a bit . for me it looks a little bit ortogonal . But nice lighting athmosphere.

Hey! Is that PGE Park in the background? I just went to a ball game there.

Nice lighting. It feels more photostylistic than photoreal. The star filter on the unit downlights is a little distracting though.

                Thanks everybody for the comments
                I will keep improving.

PixelJockey: yes that's PGE Park and the new plaza is the new Civic Condos development. I have seen some of your Portland's work here on the forum, nice job

                This is an aerial shot

I like the different atmospheres and scenarios on each unit; I think it is a great idea, giving a complete sort of diversity and randomness, breaking a possible monotone rhythm on the picture, I like that. I like that effort. It’s a sunset! then maybe a darker background would give a dramatic touch.

The night shot is impressive, especially like the use of rich and well-selected colors, as well as the lighting and atmosphere, to create a feel of urban nightlife. If fix the view angle issue and some small errors it will be a great work!
