I would run a reactor simulation on the water....i think it would really really help it out alot.....render it out midway through the sequence!!!

Thanks to all for replies.

We decided to remove bump on water because we were watching architecture books (of swimming pools) in wich water is allways quiet.

I`m not happy with exterior (architecture model perhaps) but here is one night image:



the GI solution is not high quality because I had no time to do a better solution. Some PS effects added

great night shot, I think the rain on the road is a little too regular
maybe get a bit of noise on it to get a slight variance on the water
