I worked on the plans for this home about a year ago and have used it for render / modeling practice here and there. Started playing around with it again last week and it's now time to shelf it again! Anyway, as always all your feedback is greatly appreciated,

    Great work!
You have matched the render to the photo very well. One minor thing that could be improved is the edge of the house here:

Also you could touch-up the foliage in the circled area to dull this bright reflections on the leaves edges. I think it will blend in better this way.

Thanks for the feedback Vladimir, good eye. I'll make those adjustments.

Philip, I used an Ash Veneer wood texture from megascans for all the wood. The front door looks most like the original.

And do you pay for the Megascans or do you use your Epic membership. Cheeky question I know, but I have to ask?

I was subscribed for a while and racked up a fair bit of unused points.

Why do you have to ask?

I am the same with Polygon Textures.
Polygon have a very big collection, but megascans have free textures for anybody who has an Epic account, and it seems more financially viable.
Why do you pay, whats the advantage of the subscription?
                Thank you for the answer.

Look's great. The only thing that stands out to me, is the door. It's quite bright! Maybe tone it down a little/add some warmth to it, so its not too dissimilar from the wood up top.

Really good result overall and a nice match. I agree about the door, though it's subjective.
There is some noticeable tiling on the black stucco and the black horizontal beams that could be easily fixed

                      Phil:
I've just used megascans for a while... I really should venture out though. How are you liking polygon?

                      Dan:
Thanks Dan! I sorta like the contrast of the door, but adding warmth will be something I play around with.

I'll be fixing that tiling in post! It's amazing what you miss, thanks!

Overall very nicely crafted. What I notice is the roof fascia on the right does not seem to have the wood grain texture and the lowest end of that fascia does not appear to turn the corner at the eave?

the lighting on the large tree on the left seems different than the lighting if the vegetation in front of it. Maybe the house should be casting a shadow to the left background as well?

These are picky observation’s so…regardless, it is a nice rendering!

Thanks Mark! I'll have to see if I can bring out the grain in PS... not sure why it looks so dull? Will also play around with the lighting in post. Appreciate your input! I really like your drone render btw... such a cool shot. Makes me want to get one!
