I am posting because I am impressed with the V-Ray render times on my 4090RTX. 4K in less than an hour!

These are the best interiors I've seen of yours I think...not sure why, as the others were good also...these just work very well indeed.
It pains me to notice that the matresses are a bit floaty though....but with those render times it'll be an easy fix

Thank you. I am already fixing a few things, like the art in one ofd the bedrooms and the strange hourglass thing on livng room slider.

No, I ended up getting it, but I can't get the quaility I want no matter how high I crank up settings.

Yes. Great for animations, but I am not sure it is there for stills. Unless I am missing something. I cranked the settings up and I am getting weak contact shadows.

You need to turn on the ambient occlusion settings and adjust similar to vray production renderer. I have noticed that even if I set my samples to 3k and Noise threshold to .005 it's still grainy. Unless I use the denoiser. How long does it take your n project to load into vram when you render in gpu mode?

It takes a few minutes to start rendering on the GPU. I cranked the sample up tp 3000 in Vantage and still got poor renders. I'll have to play more with it.

Hi, great work. How do you light up this type of interiors? Did you use Dome+HDRI or Dome+Sky? Are there any hidden lights? I struggle with overexposed exteriors and in your renders I can clearly see through windows to the balcony.
                    Thank you

Thank you! I use an HDRI and very few interior light. Id I need some extra light inside, I might put a softbox behind the camera.

Looks great, and different than your usual style and mood. Are you using ACES?

Also did you encounter other issues in the GPU workflow that we can improve?

Thank you! No ACES here. I tried that awhile back, and I didn't notice any difference. Do you use it, and if so why?

Even if it makes a difference, there are big holes in the workflow with no solutions so far. I don't use it anymore on my personal projects
The first issue is matching a logo or a color for a client, it is pretty much impossible with ACES. The colors needs to be adjusted in Post
The second issue is about the clamping in the Frame buffer when the data is brought to the display device's gamut. Big chunk of the data is lost and clamped anyway
Whenever one of the 2 issues are addressed or improved(there are plans to do so with upcoming versions of ACES) I will probably visit the workflow again

In your case, you are getting very good quality out of V-Ray with the default sRGB workflow. No need to change anything
