Overall I think these work pretty well

Constructive crit would be that there's too much AO used on the interiors and in the aerial view the shadows are
incorrect, so fixing those would make a huge difference.

Someone is going to trip on that carpet! I have always seen interior renderings from the eye of an interior photographer. We seem to like messy beds and flipped-up carpets when these things would be cleaned up if an interior photographer did a photo shoot. Other than what was already said, lovely images!

People are tough, and I think yours, although better than mine, can use some work. I have seen some people do it well, and I would love to learn their secrets. From what I hear, they photograph people under controlled situations to match their scenes.
