I was really suprised how Chaos Vantage perform environment fog. Much much faster then VRay or VRay GPU with very good quality.

This is really very cool and yes, it was surprising that it's Vantage (only realised later), as the fog adds so much yet is so quick to render.
The same is true with DoF.
I would guess that as time moves on, purely gpu renders will be superseded by realtime completely, as the features catch up.
Well, at least for the majority of things. It's all driven by demand, so we'll see I guess

Yes. Last part of the video is Vantage viewport, where I rotate in real time.

Yes, Vantage is fast, of course some features is not there and some has not as quality as pure VRay. But very good and very promising in the future.
I just order my new |Pc with 7980X so I still believe in CPU for some time
