cool. ive seen quite a few of these z-brush stills, now for some animation. im assuming the z-brush mapping on the models should warp with the mesh so it means that the displacement should act naturally. lets see some tests.

the displacement is straight out of the box, displace strength: 1, shift: -0,5
as a 2d map.
Im sorry but the animation is only 5 frames log; a test to se the motionblur.
here is a sss test for you without the vray displace but with the old 3dsmax displace modifier and turbo smooth and the displace map all so in the bump slot
