You shouldt increase the framerate of the movie, that wouldt make everything run smoother, round 25-30 fps ( default is 12 in flash i think ), its jittering right now.
The font type youve choosen blurs slightly, this might be fixed by positioning the text on whole pixel coordinates.
Hope some crit was allright.
