Tony: Well, if you've got 4 hours, I'll show you

It was pure Photoshop, I'm ashamed to say. I'm sure Elf would have done better if he'd had time, but I offered to help cos he was on such a tight deadline, and I thought PS would be a quick fix.

It's pretty much the same method I described on Elf's original post:

However you did it, it looks good!

If it weren't for Photoshop, we would all be in trouble.

Nice Da_elf, much better than the previous version. I think that you can improve a bit on the depth of the image though, everything is so bright and clear, that it feels a small scale model. The two women are very lonely, that makes it a bit static.

sigh. clients still dont like it. needs more plants and people and furniture and walkway lights
Clients will never settle. At some point you have to tell them its exceeding the budget and that if they want more than what was originally set out, they have to pay more.

they want moooore things. more trees. more plant pots. flowering plants, walkway lights, buildings need a color change and remove the brick texture and have coins on the corners (not sure if thats the right spelling) i also need to lighten the image (it looked alot lighter on my monitor. darned monitor liiiiied to me) and i think i also need to desaturate the image. how should i go about this depth problem? well. they said they would pay the extra for the stuff. This was a 1500$ job so ill try to hit them up for another 1000$ sicne this in itself was waaaay beyond a 1500$ job

carefull with that client elf, I just went throuhg that with a now x-client that changed a crapload of stuff and is now using the proof I sent for their marketing and refusing to pay me the $3000 they owe on the outstanding invoice... the only thing that Im thankfull for is I allways ask for 50% of the contract up front which will usually cover most of the labor incase just this type of thing happens.

                              http://davesgarden.com/pics/pdb_kenn...3648734625.jpg
is what the average breed of bougainvillea looks like in barbados

Try opening some doors and windows, pull out the furnitures you have allready on the varandas, into the sun a bit, just to add some general randomness and a more "lived in" feel to the place.
