I have been really working on my exterior materilas, and i think I might have something that actually looks pretty dang real... and comments are wlecome! and please submit suggestions! any projects can always look better!

Note: IM working on the roof! It is way to dark at the moment! also there is a brown reflection on the house "I forgot to turn off the planter"

I'm not feeling the shingles. Something funny there.

And I think your fascia/trim might have a bit much bump. I usually use a much higher gloss for those items as well.

    Windows are good.

I love your siding. You can just go ahead and send me that bump.

Love your Window Treatments....Ok.....I mean Drapes....lol....

I agree....the rake has too much bump and the siding bump is right on.......Maybe a light roof would do the trick.......Just a tad.....or a smidge.....Whichever your prefer......

The shingles look good at a glance but when studied tile strangely (varying widths). I love the bump on the siding though, it looks great. Overall good looking work.

I think he was trying to show off the realism of the wall materials which look really great to me. Does it have a touch of blurry reflection to it?. I like the subtle wood bump to the painted white timber elements. I dont think you need the noise bump on the barge/ fascias as these are usually painted metal (I think) so a slighly smooth glossy white finish would be more approriate in my opinion

            Pretty nice mtl Mathew!
The white is a bit too bumpy IMHO.

The wood siding is looking particularly nice. I would like to see how this looks in perspective/context.

A trick I found for shingles involves combining a tile map with a gradient map. Use the tiles for the shingle size/spacing, and use the gradient map to make the ends of the shingles protrude upwards more than the the beginning of the shingle. Its more appropriate for slate or cedar shake, but it might look good on composite shingles also.
