For the floor I would prefere some kind of parquet. The gain would be a warmer ambience, better acoustic, and a more comfortable walk over the floor.

There seems to be plenty of space. That's good! I would put a grand piano into that room!

That pink sofas and curtains bring some colour into this room. That's good. Although I would not be the colour which I would choose.

But hey - absolutely great renderings!!! I wish you good luck to do this nice job in real live, too!!!

i like the kitchen scene!
i like the floor which looks really photo, and the stuff on the table have very nice colour. Overall i think it have a real atmosphere.

did you use caustics on that vase ?if so can you give some details on how you did it?
about the kitchen i think that the chair legs are a bit too reflective (maybe more glossy).

Wow. How much are the updates going to cost? Looks great!

The bar chairs seem to be floating without shadow but that is minor. I laove everything else. Stainless steel mat is excellent, green chairs, and overall lighting.

Excellent work Laurent. I especially like the texture on the dining chairs. I hope you will consider some color on the walls to contrast with the cornice.

nice renders dude. lovely appartment, im supprised you still have an arm to smoke with and a leg to stand on. usually thats what those kinda places cost hehe. (an arm and a leg). oh. and why does every place setting have a shot glass infront of it at the dinning room table hehehe.
