Good start, but you should fix your texturing (repeating pattern is showing). Also the color bleeding to the white building appears to be quite strong.

Very good work as usual Stephan. The patchy colouring of the brick works well - is that in the texture map, or is it something you've done in post? Do you still use HSV Exponential colour mapping for your exteriors? Last time I tried to use HSV for a brick buliding, I lost all definition in the brick work and it just looked like a solid colour from a distance. Ended up using Linear, which worked ok.
i think you should put some glossy reflections on the bricks. also you could take your bricks textue to make some stones more ore less, also more ore less glossy reflecting. This is something that would improve quality . thare are no materials out there that do have no glossy reflections (expect of glas and chrome).
hmm, texture repetition also, could be improved, and the contrast is a bit low i thing.
