hehe. It looks pretty good, altought the focus goes more to the exterior imo. The interior is a little low contrast.

It's a good rendering but it doesn't work to its full potential because of some composition and "styling" issues.

I'd definitely remove some of the clatter that draws too much attention from focusing on the door itself: Staircase, bar stools and plant in the middle. By cropping a bit off the pool and the ceiling you'd get more focus on the doors as well.

I agree - ditch the clutter, and whats going on on the right hand side of the image where the taps are? If that's a counter, it doesn't look very convincing - quite flat.
