Well just a little something im working on. Im waiting on some blueprint changes that will add a skylight and will brighten the place up a heck of alot more than it currently is. Still adding doors and detailing etc etc. WIP

The couch, tble and worktops are quite similar in colour and maybe bunch up a little? The lighting and overall feel is really photographics though - Looks great!

not quite finished yet. dont have final settings in use nor final painting. im trying to keep things as simple as i can since i need to do a flythrough anim of this

Guard-rail coincides with the spiral stair treads mate. (very noticable in 3rd image)
Doesn't seem much point in the semi-circular floor projection under said stair either.
I know you're not designing it!

yeah. thats damned semi circle. like you said, not my design the whole spiral staircase is a mess as for the railing going through the step i know about it but really didnt want to hurt my head too much trying to get around it so basically i went on the whole "client didnt complain so why fix it" method

looking good so far elf. i would check to see if there is some moulding callouts. Connection between the ceiling, floor and the walls looks very bare.

ill throw some in. seeing as how there would not be any on the plans since all i got were more or less sketches and no details. i had to choose furnishings and everything for this project. im no interior designer but hey i tried my best
