Lighting looks good, nice exposure, I agree about the exterior, the chairs could use some more detail also strikes me as odd that only one of the can lights is on.
good realism - agree with the others that the exterior spoils it a bit...
something looks strange with the scale of the table + chairs although i'm sure it's correct - perhaps it's just the warped perspective on the chair closest to the camera.

the tabletop looks very thick to me
considering the table's height it seems to be more than 50mm thick, which would be really massive for a dining table i think
also, shouldn't the blinds cast more transparent shadows since they're made of fabric? to me their shadows look similarly opaque like the solid object's shadows
I think the floor reflections would be a bit more believable if they had more of a "glossy" touch to it instead of such a direct reflection that is more mirror-like. That being said, I can't model or create materials as well as you can, so I have to give props; nice job.
