  • Our first very smal tv-spot

Well after looong time, this is now our very first very smal tv spot.

It just had the best size to get into some other areas of max.

first thers a reactor animatiion (hard body.) we had to do a slowmo, so after changing from 25 frames per secound to 200 frames per secound, we noticed, that the movement of reactor had some irregular behaviour. it was not the way it should be.. getting faster and again slower and again faster ... arrrrggghh..

only way to solve this was to simulate from the beginning to end at 200fr. per secound.the smal ice pices are done with pf. I used particels on the surface of the ice and two spheres that went through the pices of ice. at those moments the smaler ice parts are send out.

for light we only used some vray arealights. no gi.

the grass and the flowers are shave and haircut with instanced geometry done from talented mr "Jonnybefree" here from the forum .
the rough melting at the end of the ice only is a realax modifier.

most difficult was that our client wanted to change timings untill a very late date. so many movements are split into parts and only are composed in a rather complex aftereffects project. at the end we rendered out six parts of the animation for our client. pure ice, pure ice shadow, pure spring price, the shadow , the single flower and its shadow, and the handy.

    Very cool spot!!!

Great animation!!! I thought you were doing that ice animation vor a beer company ...

Does the speaker really say: "4 Sommer 90"? That's fun!!!

BUT: the prive shown in the animation ist 4,99! Little mistake?

    Greatings to the north!

      Hi Mirco,

Yes we did do first the job for diebels,

but this job while for the same guy, wasnt for tv, and yes... somehow the effects seem to be a bit comparable..

our client just wanted something comparable.

but what was realy good, was that the diffficultys of this project where not so high, so it realy was a good starting project, thinking of particles, reactor and so on.
