why not render the volume light with vray?
vray render volume lights much faster then scanline .

i think volumelights doesn't work with Vray shadows,
you have to use shadow map.

Yes but shadow map doesn't work with Vray and destroy my render...

look this - Vray render + direct light with shadow map and turn on volume light:

ive done this before. basically setup the shadow map light but set it not to light diffuse. this way it will be able to cast shadows with your geometry but it wont light the scene. duplicate the light and have the next light as a vray shadow light lighting the scene. the interesting thing is that volumetric light will actually light your scene as well. basically all volumetric light in real life is is that its light bouncing off dust particles. and if its bouncing off, then its gotta go somewhere. one place is to our eye so we can see it. the other is the building.

http://www.elfpro3d.com/Vray/volume.jpg is the example i did
