    Nice attention on the details.
1st looks really great. 2nd and 3rd may get different kind of lighting, IMO.
Look quite flat. Is there any ambient light in them ?

    Best regards,

      thanx Candelero.
No ambient light. second image has 0,4 multiplier of light cache (to increase contrast) but u are right...is a bit flat...I don't know why.

      bye

Try a day-light setup, light coming from the corridor in the end.
          Just to see the difference.

The scenes look great overall. Some good texture work.

Hope you don't mind me commenting, but I would add noticeable glass to the lamps, pictures, and the windows. Perhaps you have it there and it's just not reflecting?

              thanx to evrybody.
              @Candelero: I'll try it.

@jujubee: lamps and windows have fresnell glass. No glasses on the pictures.

              bye

What's the Fresnel IOR? Try setting it from 2 to 4.5.

                    I really like the first...

the brik texture is great but it could use more "bumpiness", and the AA filter is punching the corners too much try something smoother...?

apart from that its a great picture...
except for the old problem of the non-dirty corners seems too harsh on these kind of "old building-like" scene...ohhh and welll this is really being picky but i doubt the window frame is going around the column's cornije(?is this the right word??)

this made me wanna do something like this old buiding restored scene...looks great!

                      i agree,
the first one is really nice, a little critic is the floor looks too regular for me,
and the well needs a little texture attention i think.
                      but nice images

Thanks for your useful critics and suggestion.

The restoration project is not made by me but by another architect, so some choices (like the window frame around the column, ecc.) are his own and not mine.

Moreover, I would have added some bumps on the bricks but I had a very tight deadline for this job.

After the restoration in this building there will be a brand new floor, therefore I made it look so regular. I just took a photo of a real new floor I saw in another recently restored building.

Actually the real well looks much dirtier and older, but, as I said before, I had to hurry up a bit. Since I spent too much time in modeling, I had not time left to details. It's a pity, I know.

                        Thanks to u all,

                        bye
