  • Preliminary Homes for Client

Well...Got a huge contract for about 11 homes and will be doing more and more once we get rolling. Here are some prelims from the job.. The first couple I took a little more time on and then once I realized that we would be making changes, the rest of them came straight out of Viz. No need to REDO all of my work... lol So here we go...... BTW.. THese were the worst plans I have ever worked from..Sheewww...Half the plans did not match the elevations.... Vray, Viz 2006, ADT 2006, PS CS2...etc.....Thanx

Really like everything except the grass. Doesn't look natural; to lime green. Other than that great work!

I agree about the grass...but very nice overall. The lighting is very realistic.

        Good work, bravo !

The sky(s) don't match the perspectives and the lighting, IMO.

Thats cool. They look a little comptuer generated, don't you think? Flat?

The Sarah = Grampa closed the garage door on his car again....

We are doing the same thing - 8 models x 3 varations = 24 houses.

i like everything...the grass too...but not the skies...
too dark and flat...i'd overlay a white gradient to brighten up the horizon...

              The houses are very nice.

I think everything could look a whole lot better with some sky color/lightening adjustments to match the lighting of the houses, as well as toning down some of the bright lime green grass. Then It would work perfectly.

Cool..Thanx all...YEah....I have not edited the Contrast/Saturation or did any PS work yet....Gotta wait for the final modeling ok's. I plan on using a different sky for the finals....and maybe even doing a sunset version and a couple of black and whites........ Working on a couple of the revisions right now.....a small drafting firm did the plans....and it is like pulling teeth getting info from them.....I asked them for a roof plan, and the guy told me he did not know how to draw them....Doh.....
