Can you please share with us, how did you acheive softness, especially in last 3rd render, and glass reflections is it PS?

Nice, but who made the decision to put tiles up to the door. I can just imagine the pain that is going to cause ill patients being wheeled up to the front door on a gurney. Bump, pabump, pabump. Ouch! I think most hospitals have flat pavning to the front door for that very reason.
