  • first go at vray renders

    Hello all.

Just recently purchased max/vray (have been using LW for a while) and have spent the last few weeks scratching my head in bewilderment, but have finally come up with some renders.

I'd love to here your comments.

    Rob.

      Thanks olitech.

Yep, I'm definately loving vray. I can now render top quality, hires interior radiosity images below 24hrs which is something I just couldn't do with LW (even with fprime).

I just struggled a little with understanding all the controls that vray has - although I think I'm there now. Plus, I guess it's just a matter of time before I get used to max...

jacksc02 - Thanks. Yeah, I'm not too sure whats happening there. The material is definately not self illuminating - could be something to do with the reflection in the table maybe?
