i'am not too happy with the animation, but timeline was 1 man, 1 week for 9 seconds. so quick & Dirty. .

Thinks it's fab.................the lack of GI is not realy noticable because the animation is fast and exciting to the eye - little time to sit back and pick holes, as animations should be. This is telling a (granted short) story.....not selling the objects in the scene!

          hi, thanks for your comments,

the grass is a blend with a circular gradient as mask for getting these fade-out effect, and nothing more as a bump.

yes you're right roppin, its a little bit slow sometimes, i think i'am missing a week again for improve the movements. but it was a really funny job.
it was nice to play with those puppets again.

          best regards

hmmm not too clear... ahh... was it displaced or vrayfur/hair.
What was the blend map used for?
Did you actually use a grass texture?

Sorry, i just didnt really understand what you said

sorry, it was my birthday yesterday and a long night with my family,
so there's still a big clowd in my brain.

the blend map was used for fading out the playground into the simple green Background.
the playground is a vraymtl with a grasstexture in diffuse with 40%,
and same texture as bump map with something like 120.
I'am not in the office now, so i can't show you the material, but i hope its a bit clearer now.
i can send it to you monday if you like.
