ok i read a lot here thx for all the help you guys give and share, this is my first image post, this is a exterior project im working on still w.i.p but cc most welcome.

whats amazed me about vray is this scene is over 6 billions of polygon!
render in under 25 min--LWF..... this is a pic of an anim, this render was originally 7200*4050 for a print.......

Congrats and welcome to the forum !

About the image, IMO i would go for some more contrast and a fog effect maybe to ephasize the depth of the shot.

    Best regards,

Yes i know about the fog, i have some for the final animation, i get out a z-depth with it, but for the big render for the print i was unable to have the zdept as it was 7200*4050 so i took 5 min in photoshop and afterfx but did nt have much time, this images was render in stripes and i had to stich it my self in photoshop, i try to get a zdepth but does nt work with stripes as its loose all info in the rla-rpf.....but i ll get it in the final animated version ill post back pics when its all done.

great job kr0no, how did you place the trees in the scene, with vrayproxy...i'm staggered at the amount of vegetation you have in that scene and still getting quick render times. i've tried to have that many trees in a scene and it ground to a halt!!!

                          thanks

Its the same tree for most of the forest(4000 trees-1 millions +\- polys), its in vray proxy, i think the proxy makes it possible correct me if im wrong.....for placement copie move, by chunk, once all fill up i use a little blur script to randomly rotate and scale...Onyx tree+ modify maps.
