    Hi guys!

This is finished work so I wont be making any changes to it... but Id love to get some crits n comments anyways.

from start to finished renders about 2,5 days, which is kinda fast for me. Had a hard time getting noise-free glossys on the brushed metals in the kitchen-image.. ended up using qmcAA 1,10 and noise threshold 0,001 in the qmc sampler rollout, glossy subdivs were about 20 or so... still some noise left. (maybe hard to see here, these images were resized in photoshop...) is that normal? or did I miss some other setting?

    /Kalle

nicely done! just some color to break up the white kitchen table and living room couches. some flowers always work well.

EDIT: oh and the shade covering both the door and the window in the livingroom seems to be just asking for trouble.

Nice renders, I agree about them being a little to white, and by the looks of it percy I think the back door may open out, I had the same first impression that that shade would get caught in the door :P

I like the kitchen. The only thing missing is... Martha Stewart.

Looking good! I think your kitchen seen looks great. The stair posts in the living room are a little distracting IMO. I probably would have moved the camera in and to the left a little.

            thanks for the comments!

percydaman and syclone1 - ehrm... well... lets just say the door opens out and not in... but really I have no idea. Hope the client doesnt notice =)
agree about the whiteness. would look better with some flowers like percy said or maybe some colorful pillows on the couch. Just didnt have enough time...

clifton - hehe yeah... I should have thought of that. The next time i model a kitchen scene ill definetly add martha stewart. (in a prison uniform maybe?)

mhenry - thanks. the reason the camera is so far back in the livingroom is that I wanted to get some of the stairs in view... but maybe the posts are a little distracting as you say...
