My latest exterior. Getting more comfortable with vray all the time. Still using 1.47, anxiously waiting for version 1.5 for viz4!

looking good. have you modelled any of the interior?
more transparent glass with a hint of the inside will add to the image.

also maybe add some splotches/dirt/leaves to the grass and driveway, they need some 'aging'.

Maybe play around with Vray Dirt. Oh, wait.. you can't. Viz4?

What you could do is render things like your grass or pavement to texture, paint into the maps in photoshop, and re-apply. You can do things like make the edge of the parking lot darker, add specks of debris, etc.
