The noise bothers me a little.... I understand what you are trying to do, but it doesn't look correct. Good image ohterwise.

You might want to work on your pavement tiling.

Looking good. The Stucco and roof on the back structure look a little blochy (volume fog?). The color variation on the pavement is distracting.
Mapping seems a little off on the pavement aswell.

I agree with the paving comment....and the cars seem out of place...maybe due to the lighting.

i think the composition is a little bit empty on the left corner... maybe some foreground objects would help to 'frame' and focus the image (a tree?)

for the background sky... i think it's too lowres... seems like a zoomed in cloud photo
