  • Fluted CMU

Recent work for a material board. Unexciting, but it is something that I can actually show here. All of the materials are procedural.

Grst way to show the block...We have done something similar, but this is great.....Beats gluing a cmu block to the board.......that's a lot of glue.

nah...its much better to drop the block on their desks....then there's no arguments about it :P

I had no reference images. I did have a napkin sketch, but it wasn't worth much more than dimensions that were put on it.

          Thanks for the comments

Here are some references for you.
            http://theconcreteservice.com/cgi-bin/search.cgi
Search for 'fluted' or 'split face'

I took all the photos for this site years ago and had a script written for the catalog/search functions. Well over 100 blocks. That didn't get tedious.

Also got to draw plans for a bunch of septic tanks if you ever need those too.

            Woohoo!

That is quite the thorough catalog, thanks.
