          Damn

Damn the competition is getting tough around around here these days - I love this commercial I have seen it a few times on air - it has such a great vibe and energy.

Goes without saying - great work all around, truely awesome.

For sure.... actually I live in Detroit and almost every studio I know of is using vray in one way or another and not one of them is architectural.....it's all automotive. From national tv spots, to autoshow materials and everything in between... it's like the secret weapon of allot of these studios....

                        Go Vray!

                          Vance, really nice.

                          But who are they marketing?
Does Jeep think getto gangasta' and rappin' youth can afford that car?

                          hmmm....

But the CG is beautiful, very professional, top notch stuff.

                          regards

Thanks for the feedback guys. It was a really fun spot to work on with the pipeline we established. We let the compositors do the camera work in AE with a standing jeep made out of planes with different views on them. this way they could play around with the timing and edit as much as they wanted while we in the 3d dept concentrated on dealing with much more data than we needed to have from chrysler.

When the compositors had what they wanted I took there camera and imported it into max and we made the jeep move to match what they had done in 2d but with some extra dynamics.

I think it really cut down on the back and forth we would have had to deal with if we had done the camera moves in 3d originally.

As for the marketing of the jeep itself, I don't have any idea how they determine who will buy this thing. I figure they're going after the escalade market.

                            thanks again.
