i´d say it is...definately in somebodys post, and for my taste even the off topic section is a tad off for that kind of topic. Dont get me wrong, i am aware and i hate the way it is (got a "godchild" in Senegal). But there are far more appropriate places to discuss those matters.

Just my two cents...and to keep this on topic...nice job on the water
