I like the without-dof version too.
and a small crit- I think ur background can bea little brighter compared to light &sun inside room.

I think your right. the backround could be brighter, but that way i would maybe loose the reflections on the Windows... hmm.

the lamps have usual Chrom - Vray material . only 95% reflection i think. nothing special here. Inside there also is a selfilluminated ball. (i forgot to turn them out on the left side ) .
the spots are not ies files.. they usualy render much to slow. so i took a gradient ramp as a projection map to get ies simmilar "caustics" though realy a bit strong..
