Nice Rendering. The hue of the sky (background image) and the lighting set up you have don't match in my opinion (a little more true blue and less cyan - evening shade).Mike Henry

I like it especially the metal panel texture but by way of a crit a few points;
It seems a bit dark generally - maybe you are going for a more dramatic lighting which is fine.
The reflection on the glass looks like it is from a Hdri - its too low res.
Because of the time of day and the lighting - you would see into the building alot more and this would really activate the image and inform the viewer of what is going on inside - think this is key.
I personally would straighten the verticals and pull back a bit so that the ground just before the entrance door is visible - think this would ground the building alot more.
Also, the cars look great !

yeah, stylin' . very dramatic.
something about the supports for the glass over the entrance doesn't quite fit for me. the shape, maybe the material. . but it's just a feeling. the image looks superb
cool that it's all in shadow, but the light and definition looks good. haven't tried anything like that. always have some direct sun on. what lighting setup did you use?

nice render
but the exterior light seems to me more a late in the evening light than daylight as the environment sky shows
I'd crank up the exteriors lights (sky and sun) and maybe a little less light to interior as in the daylight happens should be

I think the first image has great drama which has been lost in the second one. Why do clients do this kind of thing?! A brighter exterior would definately help on the second image.

I really like the top image...very dramatic, but everyone seems to have the same problems with clients who only want to think very literally about the views they need to show buyers/councils or ppl funding the project so i can see how they wanted things changed back to a more 'normal' image.
Really like the materials as well and lighting is great. The only comment with the top image is that it is close enough to pick up the overlapping faces where the window frames overlap (darker sections). you dont notice this in the second image.
I agre with other comments regarding the second image. Make it a daytime image and tone down the internal light slightly - this will be more consistant with the selection of background. One thing i notice is the glass appears to be reflecting the original background instead of the blue one. Id also say that the second image looks like there is too much camera correction to the point where it almost looks like the convergance is reversed.
Another thing im not sure about is the orientation of the roofing/ lining material on the long side of the building. Should this be rotated 90deg as per the roofing on the top right of the image?. the roof should probably pitch one way or another and the channels should go with the pitch, not against (as far as i know)
Consider adding a bit of bightness/contrast in post?. It just has a slight HSV Exponential look to it. parts of the work are amasingly good but i think this highlights areas that are not of the same quality. Overall id still say 9/10 even with these comments!!!
