I'll say top one is the photo, because you can see wallpaper lines and the bottom one is completely smooth.

I'd say second one is cg.

Second one is a photo for me purely because of the greater noise in the blue channel.

            Phenomenal job by Alex.

I think the second one is cg because of the aliasing on the brightly lit table legs, and the vases are flat on the bottom.

But I would accept either one as a photo if they were presented to me as such.

Great work, not much between them,
i'd say first on is a photo based on the vertical line that is more obvious than the others, (looks like where two sheets of wallpaper meet) then again it wouldnt be that obvious from that distance -unless you're a bad decorator now I am confused
              changed my mind,
              first one is CG

I vote the second one is real - theres a subtle gap with slight variation along the timber where it meets the floorboards, whereas the top one seems to intersect perfectly.

Then again, he could just be modeling detail that wasnt in the photo to trick us

for me it was the flower in the second that looked too photoreal, and the slight burnout on the right, in the first image, gives it away as cg. now watch me be wrong on all accounts. lol
