I've had this bathroom faucet that I've created back in January of this year ('06) when I started out with Max. At that time I was still trying out VRay using the demo version (you can see the watermarks).
Here's the old faucet - pretty boring:

After about 10 months, I returned to play with the faucet and remake it better. The sink and the outlet was modelled in Rhino. The rest is in Max. I might add something in the other side of the room just for the sake of seeing something in the mirror... (?)
The original sink I did it in Max and took me forever. Now, in Rhino it takes a few minutes. The towel was my first fabric I ever made and took me... phew, quite long. Maybe 7+hours. Originally I tried VRayFur, but didn't get results I wanted. Then finally I started to experiment with the VRayDisplacement modifier which seemed to do the trick.
